25 tokens (S$25), and only when a hire actually happens. When a hirer moves you to interview, 25 tokens are held from your wallet — held, not charged. If you are not hired, the hold is released. However many interviews it takes, the fee is the same.
1 token = S$1 by default. You top up your wallet by card (minimum top-up 100 tokens) and your wallet history shows every top-up, hold, charge and transfer.
Employers and agencies buy plans that are bundles of job slots. Posting one job consumes one slot. Bundle prices are shown at checkout in the portal, and you can buy more slots at any time under Settings → My Plans.
No. Job slots are lifetime — they never expire, and unused slots simply wait for your next role. Tokens stay in your wallet until you use them.
Individual customers — people hiring for their home — post free from the mobile app. Workers never pay to create a profile, record a video CV or apply to jobs.
Yes. Signing up, submitting onboarding for verification and browsing are free for every role. Money only moves when a hirer buys a slot bundle or a worker tops up a wallet — and the interview fee itself is only charged on a hire.
